Introduction
Smart Traveller, a Global Airport Rewards Programme, gives every traveller a reason to reward themselves effortlessly at every interaction when on the go.
Background/Problem
It is extremely hard to get someone to download an app or participate in an experience and even harder to get them to continue using it.

Drive awareness, downloads and use of the ST app
